HER STORY
How systems became the work.
Maryjane’s interest in systems began long before it became a professional focus.
Throughout her career, she noticed a recurring pattern. Teams often struggled not because they lacked talent or motivation, but because they lacked clarity. Work became harder when processes were undefined, responsibilities were unclear, and information lived in too many places.
That observation led her deeper into operations, workflow design, project management, and process improvement.
Alongside professional experience came a personal perspective. Living with ADHD shaped the way she thinks about structure, organization, and sustainability. Rather than viewing systems as rigid frameworks, she came to see them as supportive tools that reduce friction, improve focus, and create space for meaningful work.
Over time, this perspective naturally evolved into teaching. Sharing practical approaches to workflows, systems thinking, and operational clarity became an extension of the work itself. Today, education remains a central part of her mission.
